Skillsets ( Required ) Strong proficiency in Blender ( Maya experience acceptable with willingness to learn Blender ). High mastery of the 12 Animation Principles, body mechanics, and weight distribution. High mastery of cinematography and camera composition. Experience in both 2D and 3D game animation. Track record of delivering high-quality animations for game/ movie/ commercial projects. Skillsets ( Good to have ) Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or Godot for animation implementation. Experience with storyboarding, animatics, and animation sketches. Basic rigging skills and a willingness to help where needed. Experience creating in-game cinematics or cutscenes. Primary Responsibilities Create 3D in-game animations and cutscenes Create 2D in-game animations and cutscenes Create benchmark for team Coach and guide junior/ teammates Animation implementation to game engine Produce animated marketing materials for social media ( from animatic sketches to final animation ) Contribute to story planning, storyboarding, and rigging as needed Don't limit yourself to working only on animation-related work. As part of the team, we do things together and will take on additional work that is " outside the job scope ". This is to ensure we can deliver great work on time, together.
