The Co-Manager is responsible for leading overall store operations, driving sales performance, and developing a high-performing team. This role focuses on executing business strategy, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and profitability by setting goals, analyzing performance, and implementing action plans
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, including Assistant Managers and key holders
- Recruit, hire, and build a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure outstanding customer service and model brand standards on the sales floor
- Manage scheduling, inventory levels, and store operations to maximize efficiency
- Control expenses and protect company assets
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
- Partner with corporate teams, regional leadership, and external stakeholders to support business objectives
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in multi-unit retail or training
- Strong understanding of retail business metrics, including sales targets, inventory control, and shrink management
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software, as well as the ability to process transactions and oversee operational technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate store needs
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and solve problems in a dynamic retail environment
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- TAM Card may be required, depending on location
- Additional security clearance may be required, depending on store location
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug testing may be required, depending on store policies
