About the role

As a Growth Hacker at Whop, you'll be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through data-driven strategies and rapid experimentation. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to ideate, test, and scale growth initiatives that move the needle for our business. In this role, you'll: - Analyze key user metrics and identify opportunities to improve user growth, activation, retention, and monetization - Devise and execute growth experiments across our website, mobile apps, social channels, and other marketing channels - Quickly test and iterate on growth ideas, leveraging data to make informed decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives are well-planned and executed - Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends and techniques - Report on the performance of growth initiatives and make recommendations for optimization What we're looking for: - 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data - Hands-on experience with growth marketing tactics like SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc. - Proficiency in A/B testing, experiment design, and data analysis - Familiarity with growth hacking tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
