We are looking for a family and couples therapist who is passionate about relational work and wants to grow within a supportive, trauma-informed team. Although we have lots of clinicians offering individual therapy, currently we are lacking in the ability to offer the couples and therapy work that we have in the past. You would instantly have multiple referrals for the case load.
What You’ll Do
- Clinical Impact: Provide individual, but primarily couples, and/or family therapy sessions (approx. 10–20 clinical hours/week, with room to grow).
- Clinical Excellence: Complete timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments) within our user-friendly EHR.
- Collaboration: Participate in clinical consultation and multidisciplinary team meetings to sharpen your craft.
- Holistic Care: Coordinate with outside providers and community resources to ensure wraparound support for your clients.
- Professional Standards: Maintain compliance with Medicaid and payer documentation standards.
Who We’re Looking For
- LMFT or MFT-A: Strongly preferred.
- LPC/LPCC or LCSW/LSW: With a clear, demonstrated focus on couples/family systems.
- Experience: Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (EFT, Gottman, RLT, or Attachment-based therapy).
- Values: You are comfortable working with a diverse client population, including Medicaid recipients, and bring a spirit of cultural humility to your work.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a part-time W2 position (avg. <32 hours/week).
Clinical Sessions. $40-$60/hr - commensurate with license and experience
Paid Administrative Work: $25/hr - Paid time for notes, mtgs, etc
- Note-Taking & Prep: We pay for 10 minutes of administrative time for every clinical hour to ensure your documentation is thorough and stress-free.
- Weekly Admin Hour: We provide one additional paid hour per week for team collaboration, care coordination, and miscellaneous tasks.

Training Stipend: $1,500/year once clinician is seeing 15+ clients a week For CEs, certifications, or advanced training
