This role will support in delivering high-quality, engaging content that drives our performance marketing efforts and accelerates our brand growth. About Our Role Instagram & TikTok obsessed? So are we. We're looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team in Sydney, someone who lives and breathes content, knows what's trending before it hits For You pages, and brings fresh energy to everything they touch. This isn't just about filming pretty things. It's about telling stories, building community, and pushing boundaries. Daily. What you Will Do Create short-form video content for Instagram & TikTok that feels native, on-brand, and impossible to scroll past Create founder content with our founder, (a lot!) Jump on trends in real-time, and better yet, create your own Pitch new content ideas every day and bring them to life from concept to post Work closely with our founder + team to shape the digital voice of the brand Capture BTS, lifestyle, and raw/reactive moments that connect with our audience Be in the know, always Shoot, edit, and post across channels with a strong creative POV About You Based in Sydney & available to shoot in person A creator, not just a planner. You do the doing Camera confident or able to direct talent/ambassadors with ease Obsessed with culture, style, aesthetics & storytelling Agile and reactive. You move fast and don't wait for a brief Deeply tapped into TikTok, Reels, microtrends & creator culture A great communicator who can take feedback and evolve fast Bonus if you: Have graphic design / basic motion skills Are already building your own audience online Have worked with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
