Summer Leadership Program

Are you a college student eager to start exploring the opportunities of accounting? Whitley Penn wants to provide top students ways to discover their potential. During this two-day program on July 23rd and 24th, you will grow in your leadership skills, network with peers, and engage with firm leaders.

 

What to Expect:

  • Learn about our service lines: Audit, Tax, and Advisory
  • Develop your professional leadership skills
  • Network with professionals at all levels

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a 3.4 GPA and above
  • Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Accounting 
  • Candidate must be a freshman or sophomore accounting major, on track to be CPA‑eligible by 2029 or 2030
  • Candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and not require current or future sponsorship
  • Candidate must possess good communication skills and professional presence
  • Candidate must exhibit a high level of dedication with a positive attitude
  • Candidate must be a team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn
  • Complete a phone screen interview with our recruiting team
