Shift Supervisor

As Shift Supervisor at the White Horse Hotel, you?ll give our guests the warmest of welcomes, ensuring they have an excellent experience from start to finish. You?ll be responsible for managing the front of house team, making sure they deliver great customer service, as well as assisting with all reception and concierge duties. This is a hands-on role, so you?ll need to be comfortable pitching in with any aspect of the hotel?s operations. Great communication skills, a flexible approach and strong leadership abilities are a must.
