About the role

To manage and grow the gallery's social media presence across established and emerging platforms, ensuring a brand-consistent voice that resonates with global audiences. With a focus on channel strategy, audience differentiation, long-term growth and daily management, the Social Media & Content Manager will lead the gallery's social media output and oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand digital content tailored to each platform and audience segment. At the heart of the role is supporting and amplifying the voices of the gallery's artists organically, ensuring their work and perspectives are communicated authentically and strategically to diverse audiences worldwide. Key objectives include building awareness and loyalty across social media, developing and delivering platform-focused strategies, and driving engagement through carefully planned, strategic campaigns. Working closely with a cross-departmental Content Team, as well as Digital Marketing and Editorial, the Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for ensuring all platforms and workflows are managed effectively.
