2025 Sydney Summer Clerkship

We look for highly motivated individuals with excellent academic credentials, significant personal achievements and a strong commitment to the practice of law in a global and diverse law firm. We are looking for those with the ability to work collaboratively in high pace, high stakes situations. Fluency in a second language is a plus. You will work in the practice area of interest to you and work side by side with our lawyers. Throughout the clerkship, you will: Learn about the Firm and our practice areas in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region Discover our graduate program, including our overseas seat opportunities Join in social events, network and get to know our people Do real client work: draft memorandums; write client alerts; research areas of the law; and attend meetings or court hearings, for example Learn about different practice areas and deepen your knowledge of the law Have continual support and feedback through your allocated supervisor, mentor and buddy
