Analyst, Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing

Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for an Analyst, Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing role for our Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team at its Pune, India location. The Analyst will be responsible to support and execute the company's strategic objectives and goals to embed Sustainability, Responsible Sourcing and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations across the supply chain. The Analyst will lead analytics and provide campaign / process support globally as related to all pillars of our Responsible Sourcing Program. In addition, the Analyst will provide analytics support to the Center of Excellence team. The role requires a strong understanding of current challenges in the supply chain for responsible sourcing practices of sustainable production, green materials, emissions, as well as development and engagement of a diverse and ethical supply base. Additionally, the role requires a keen ability to work in a global corporate environment with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Reporting to our Responsible Sourcing Lead in GSS, this team member will have a highly visible role which requires a close working relationship with partners of key cross-functional areas: Corporate Sustainability, Materials, Inclusion & Diversity, Corporate Legal and our Global Sourcing teams. The role will significantly contribute to our commitment to ethical and environmentally responsible supply chain management.
