Role Description
As a WFM (Workforce Management) Team Lead - Product Management, you will oversee the development and execution of capacity planning related product strategies. This full-time, on-site role is located in Hyderabad, where you will facilitate program execution, analyze client needs, and communicate innovative solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing analytical insights for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WFM concepts, capacity planning, and workforce optimization. This role requires hands-on experience in formula creation, dashboard/report development, and product support for internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage capacity planning models and formulas in the Capacity Planning tool, apply strong WFM concepts to solve business problems, and perform data analysis and planning activities using Excel, Power BI, AI and other internal tools
- Create dashboards and reports using internal tools (similar to Power BI), analyze data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders using Excel and reporting tools.
- Understand client requirements for enhancements to the capacity planning tool, document and communicate them clearly to the development team, and review delivered solutions to ensure they align with business needs.
- Create and manage tickets for client concerns, and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues and verify fixes both internally and with clients.
- Prepare release notes, documentation, and training materials for each new release, while maintaining accurate records of all changes, features, and enhancements.
- Create help guide and training videos using internal tools.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BI platform (such as PowerBI) - including formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in formula creation for capacity planning.
- Willingness to work night shifts to support US business hours.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
