About the Role: As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for MIS reporting, Real Time management, creating reports in excel and slides in power Point. We are looking for an MIS Executive/Candidate with prior experience working in BPO environment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data management, report generation, Excel, and handling operational MIS reports for BPO processes.
Responsibilities:
- Creating daily, monthly reports based on requirements
- Tracking & maintaining break trackers
- Monitoring Service Levels, meeting hourly SL requirements
- Rostering and managing staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- BPO experienced is mandate
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable to work from office in Chandigarh Location.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in computer skills, excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of CRM systems.
Pay range and compensation package: Upto 4 LPA
