Bring Your Expertise to WEX – Manager, Process Improvement and Operational Excellence

In this role, you’ll use your expertise to optimize processes, embed best-practice methodologies (like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile), and help us raise the bar for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and innovation. You'll work closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and help us deliver on our promises to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and implementing smarter, more efficient processes that improve how we work.
  • Applying proven improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Analyzing current operations to find bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives and tracking project progress against goals.
  • Setting up performance measures (KPIs) and reporting on improvement outcomes.
  • Supporting change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working.
  • Delivering training sessions that build internal capability in continuous improvement.
  • Benchmarking against best-in-class standards and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Promoting a culture where everyone looks for ways to make things better.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record of delivering impactful process improvements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
