We're part of the Digital Channels, Shared Experiences Customer Data Platform (CDP) Product Management Team, driving strategic initiatives that shape how our organization manages and reflects on the knowledge we use to optimize customer data for experiences. In this contingent, short-term internship (May 27, 2025, through August 29, 2025), you'll experience a supportive, fast-paced environment where you'll learn and grow—gaining hands-on exposure to Agile Methodology and working directly with scrum teams. This role is primarily remote, but you must live within proximity to our Portland, ME or Boston, MA corporate hub to benefit from meaningful oversight, mentoring, and our exciting Intern Week "T&E" at Corporate. Over approximately 13 weeks—from the end of May to mid-August—you'll collaborate with multiple team members across various departments, supporting and even leading different projects. General Statement About the Work As part of the CDP Team, you'll help establish a formalized process for teams to request new data extensions or modifications within our platform—streamlining intake, prioritization, and execution. You will create a robust Knowledgebase for our new Customer Data Platform, converting live training sessions into structured materials and collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to develop a Learning Management System (LMS). In the process, you'll learn Agile principles and work closely with scrum teams to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and execute sprints. Your contributions will significantly improve scalability, transparency, and the overall effectiveness of how WEX leverages the CDP.
