We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage capital improvement and large-scale commercial fit-out projects across Bengaluru and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. The role requires working within the physical group comprising a team of architects, designers, procurement, community, sales and facility teams, to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, on budget and achieving high standards of Quality. The project manager shall be responsible for the project from the moment the space has been identified till the opening and handoff to community and facilities. The project manager shall be able to keep the team focused on the task at hand. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects at a time in various stages and shall be able to work in a fast pace environment. This individual shall have experience at various stages of development including but not limited to due diligence, bidding, contract management, people management, etc.
