The Role

The Content Producer will be fully dedicated to Inside Rip, our long-form podcast and content series hosted by Sarina Morales. This role is focused exclusively on filming and editing content associated with Inside Rip.

This person will be embedded with Sarina daily, capturing long-form YouTube content and editing it into full episodes and short-form clips. The role includes traveling to a variety of shows and live events, filming in-office and local content, and ensuring Sarina is consistently supported with high-quality, fast-turnaround video production. This is a hands-on, high-energy role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.


This position reports directly to Noah Stephen, Senior Producer.


Key Responsibilities

• Film long-form Inside Rip podcast content for YouTube.
• Edit full-length YouTube episodes with strong pacing, storytelling, and polish.
• Create short-form social clips from long-form content.

• Travel with Sarina to live events, hobby shows, and industry activations to capture content.
• Follow Sarina throughout the office and locally to ensure consistent daily filming.

 • Maintain a constant filming presence to support ongoing content needs.
• Turn around edits quickly while maintaining high quality and brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Producer to align on creative direction, timelines, and expectations.
• Organize footage and maintain clean content workflows specific to Inside Rip.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video filming and editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
• Experience editing long-form YouTube content and short-form social clips.
• Comfortable filming solo in fast-paced, unscripted environments.
• Ability to move quickly, adapt on the fly, and meet tight turnaround times.
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for events and work fully on-site in Rochester, NY.
• Passion for content, creators, and digital storytelling.
• Knowledge of sports, media, or the card collecting industry is a plus, but not required.

Salary Description
$65,000 - $75,000
