EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be a motivated, self-starter.
- Experience meeting productivity goals while maintaining a passion for service, attention to detail, and effectively cross-selling credit union financial products.
- Must have a minimum of two+ years retail sales and/or customer service experience.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Previous teller and member service specialist and/or personal banker experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Able to cross-sell members and potential members on credit union products and services.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate tact and professionalism in representing WeStreet with members.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effectively follow-up and respond to common inquiries and issues from members.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts in practical situations.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and ten-key machine.
