As a Concierge Team Member, you will provide professional and courteous customer service to residents, guests and team members. Responsible for all of the tasks at the Courtesy Desk, Concierge, Starfish Pointe and The Hoy Healthcare Reception Desk. Must be flexible with schedule and with rotating from position to position. Maintain knowledge of the WCCB community, its services provided to the residents and team members. Ensure HIPAA compliance and resident confidentiality. Ensure that the reception area and Starfish Pointe are clean and inviting. Provide excellent customer service and to be able to multitask. The Experience You’ll Bring
Required
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1 Year experience in customer service, Concierge Service, Retails Sales.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Experience in Retail
- Administrative experience
- Proficient Microsoft and google applications.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Flu-Vaccinated
Preferred
- Experience with POS systems and handling cash sales preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccinated. As of now, the 2025–2026 COVID-19 vaccine formulation is being distributed to providers and pharmacies; however, it has not yet received official approval from the CDC. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $18.17 - $21.35 (based on relevant experience)
