Analyst Associate Master Data (Pricing Master)

The Pricing Analyst is part of a global team who establishes and follows procedures that maintain the integrity of data for Master Data in SAP. These procedures allow business objectives to be met and to be compliant to (regional) Government regulations and Westlake regulations. The Master Data Analyst role is the key for setting up a good foundation for further execution of the business processes. Essential Functions Manage Pricing master data by creating, changing, or deleting records. Support month-end activities. Invoice Creation and cancellation. Create credit/debit memos. Handle Rebate/Commission agreements, payouts, and backlog corrections. Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and Westlake Safety & Integrity policies. Assist functional and business leaders with Pricing Master reports. Create, maintain, and document queries and reports. Report process flow gaps and issues to the Team Leader/BPO. Participate in problem-solving and data standardization. Assist BPOs and Team Leader with process improvements and follow-up actions. Support business initiatives and projects related to Pricing Master activities.
