10+ years hands-on facility maintenance experience across HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and pool systems; valid NJ driver license; must obtain BLS, First Aid, CPO, EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery, and NJ boiler operator license; able to lift 50 lbs and respond on 24-hour on-call basis.
