You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide business and product decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and define requirements during product development Write and elaborate the features and user stories to enhance the product experience Collect, analyze, and interpret data to deliver insights that can enhance product performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction. Create, maintain and update dashboards and reports to track key product metrics of new product launches and feature updates. Build a thorough understanding of Western Union's customer journey to deep dive into various performance metrics, identifying customer pain points and product opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to take informed product decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication on product delivery and performance. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or an MBA. Proven 3-5 years of experience in product management as a product analyst, product owner. Preferably relevant experience in payment domain Proficiency in MS Office tools, and data visualization tools such as Amplitude, Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
