In this role you will work as a member of the Product team with a focus Compliant Omnichannel KYC; specifically in leading the oversight and optimization of third-party KYC vendors. You will ensure Western Union has the best-in-class Know Your Customer solutions end to end, which provide the best possible customer experience, while achieving success metrics. Role Responsibilities Lead the effort, launch and expansion of Know Your Customer Product Solutions across channels and products. Lead the oversight of third party KYC vendors for identity verification by administrating success metrics, opportunities, KYC integration framework optimizations, etc. Lead through product lifecycle from epic analysis, feature and minimal viable product definition, customer research, metrics analysis, development, testing, launch and ongoing optimizations. Be the key driver for identifying new opportunities. Drive and execute the roadmap for Know Your Customer for the enterprise, bringing consistency to the services available, verification methods and how data is leveraged for KYC purposed across channels and platforms end to end. Collaborate cross functionally with business teams, other product managers, compliance, privacy, info-sec, data science, engineering, marketing to define & refine the roadmap. Lead in-house teams at the program level using scaled agile methodology drafting product features, prioritizing features, establishing acceptance criteria, and collaborating with agile teams. Ensure quality and scalability of the product being delivered. Be the subject matter expert of the product and all of its sub-domains and an advocate of customer needs and compliance of the service. Ensure end alignment between channels, platforms, operation's teams, back and front-end systems, compliance, policy teams, vendors, and business teams. Establish Objectives and Key Results for the program or workstream as well as metrics and reporting structures to measure the success and continues optimization of the product. Role Requirements 5+ years of product management and/or project delivery experience. Preferably with a diverse background on Compliance and third-party oversight. Deep understanding of Compliance, channel specific subdomains, and end-to-end data flow. Ability to manage several significant business projects in parallel and cross functionally. Experience driving projects with cross functional colleagues. Strong business writing, presentation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences. Great attention to detail coupled with experience seeing the bigger picture, prioritizing competing needs and providing extreme clarity to your team Experience creating workflow diagrams, product features & stories through agile methodology.
