About the Role:

GD Goenka Public School, Sector-22, Rohini is looking for a passionate and talented Western Music Teacher (Guitarist/Vocalist) to join our vibrant academic team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both instrumental (guitar) and vocal training, with the ability to inspire students and nurture their musical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Western vocal music and guitar to students across different grade levels
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate music lessons
• Train students for school events, competitions, and performances
• Develop students’ understanding of music theory, rhythm, and composition
• Organize and manage choirs, bands, and music clubs
• Collaborate with faculty for cultural events and annual functions
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Music or relevant field
• Proficiency in guitar (acoustic/electric) and Western vocals
• Prior teaching experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of music theory and performance techniques
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students creatively
