About the role
Purpose:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing programs that support all aspects of the grant requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and complete all Paycom responsibilities in a timely manner
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and grant deliverables
- Oversee staff who have FTE on grant, if applicable
- Coordinate regular meetings and communications among partners
- Identify community needs and collaborate on initiatives to address health disparities
- Assist in grant writing and funding opportunities to support program sustainability
- Support initiatives that enhance rural and underserved areas
- Collect and analyze data related to program performance and impact
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes
- Present findings to stakeholders and recommend program improvements
- Utilize systems to track program outcomes and prepare reports for funders and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, budgets, and performance metrics
- Attend required/requested meetings, training courses and workshops
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and integrity
- Other duties as assigned
