Experience: 10–15+ years in forging/manufacturing operations. Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Location: Bhosari MIDC, and Chakan, Bamboli, Pune

Interview Channel: One-to-one /Virtual

CTC Range - up to 12 – 16LPA

Employment Type: On roll

Job Description:

·        Lead end-to-end forging production

·        Achieve daily/monthly production targets as per PPC plan.

·        Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

·        Drive productivity improvement, cycle time reduction, and yield enhancement.

·        Monitor rejection rates and implement corrective/preventive actions.

·        Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO/IATF/API )

·        Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.

·        Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, and Dispatch teams.

·        Control production costs, Energy, downtime, and consumables.

·        Lead and develop shop-floor supervisors and operators.

Key Skills & Competencies

·        Strong knowledge of forging processes (closed-die, open-die, Hammer & Press etc.).

·        Understanding of metallurgy and heat treatment.

·        Production planning and capacity management.

·        Lean manufacturing / Kaizen / TPM exposure.

·        Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

·        Train Operators for Multiskilling Job.

• OEE ≥ 85%.  
• Schedule adherence 100% as per PPC plan.
• OTD 100% as per plan.
• Shop Floor 5s & TPM Practices Pillar Targets.
• 1 Kaizen /Man/Month
