About the role
Clarity PPM (Broadcom PPM) plays a key role in WDC's entire Engineering and R&D functions business planning and decision making. Clarity serves as a system of record in terms of Programs and Projects portfolio management, Resource planning and tracking, OpEx and CapEx detailed Planning and tracking, etc. In this position, you will assume an overall responsibility and accountability for Agile & PPM platforms, Clarity and Jira, including but not only to on-going enhancements, new features, capabilities, modules, New UX, Integration and interfaces with other systems, requirement gathering, design, , communication and rollout. In addition, you will also be responsible for Clarity analytics that includes new and existing reports design, enhancement, and along with Tableau based dashboards. In this role, you will: Drive the utilization, enhancement, and evolution of the Clarity PPM tool ensuring scalability to meet evolving business needs. Manage system updates, testing, and related activities including the creation and execution of test scripts, coordination of UAT testing, communications, etc. Maintain systems related artifacts and documentation, training materials, and valuable insights for users on WDC SharePoint site website.
