</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are looking for a friendly, welcoming <strong>receptionist/concierge</strong> to join our team! </div><div><br></div><div>As the receptionist/concierge for our busy salon, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their salon visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. </div><div><br></div><div>
<br><strong>Responsibilities </strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Greet guests as they arrive at the salon</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and schedule appointments</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment</li>
<li>Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services<br><br>

</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li>
<li>Familiar with computers and scheduling software</li>
<li>Excellent multi-tasking skills<br><br>
