Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales team and promoting team work
- Booking/desking deals
- Backup F&I Manager
- Contributing to the store’s growth and sales performance
- Working directly with other management to ensure top performance throughout the department
Qualifications:
- Prior Dealership Sales/F&I Management experience
- Previous role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software and Docupad preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background
- Must be authorized to work in the US
