Wesco Turf is looking for a detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Receiver to keep our inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in receiving, processing, and managing parts that support our customers and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process daily parts deliveries, returns, and stock transfers
• Inspect returned parts and manage RGAs and vendor claims
• Put away and locate inventory quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and inventory system
• Operate forklifts, RF scan guns, and inventory software
• Support picking, packing, and shipping as needed
• Work closely with customer service and warehouse teammates

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn new systems and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Forklift experience a plus (training provided)

Requirements

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma G.E.D. or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast paced and detail-oriented position
• Previous warehouse receiving experience – 5 years
• Previous inventory management experience
• Certification to operate forklifts
