AI Engineer

Ø Take full ownership of AI development — from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance of language model-based applications. Ø Design and build intelligent AI agents using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) that can perform reasoning, automation, and tool-based tasks. Ø Architect and implement systems for prompt engineering, context management, and memory in AI agents. Ø Select, fine-tune, or self-host language models to meet specific business needs, balancing cost, performance, and scalability. Ø Build integrations with internal tools, APIs, and databases to enable agents to act autonomously in real-world use cases. Ø Establish best practices for AI safety, testing, evaluation, and user experience, ensuring reliability and ethical outputs. Ø Work closely with leadership to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the business and define the AI roadmap. Ø Set up and manage infrastructure for running models (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid), including inference optimization and latency reduction. Ø Stay current with developments in generative AI, multi-agent systems, and autonomous AI, bringing innovation to the organization. Ø Document processes and build internal tools to scale future AI initiatives and potentially onboard additional team members.
