Werum PAS-X MES Support Engineer ( 5-10 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for Werum PAS-X MES during shift operations (day/night/weekend)
- Monitor system health, resolve issues, and ensure minimal downtime
- Support users in electronic batch record (EBR) execution and PAS-X workflows
- Manage incidents, log defects, and escalate to L3 when required
- Assist in configuration of recipes, master data, and workflows
- Support testing, validation, and release activities (patches/upgrades)
- Maintain shift logs, documentation, and ensure smooth handovers
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and regulatory standards
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X MES
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and GMP compliance
- Experience in shift-based support environments
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination
