ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: B2B Sales & Account Specialist

LOCATION: Berlin, Germany

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY RANGE: EUR 41 - 46K, depending on experience

Starting from: May 2025

You will be part of our Berlin based team that is responsible for our German speaking DACH market.

What you are going to do daily:

  • maintain close relationships with our B2B accounts and control their performance

  • work closely with our Country Manager on hunting down and closing new deals (direct B2B, B2B2C, Loyalty Programs)

  • manage B2B events, company retreats and similar activities

  • propose and manage promotional activities on Employee Benefits platforms and other programmed activities

What are we looking for?

  • hard skills: basic understanding of B2B deal dynamics, impeccable business communication, experience in sales automation and funnel management, excellence in account management and exceptional written German & English (C1 level or higher)

  • soft skills: success driven, reliable, people person, team player, ability to multi task and work on various tasks simultaneously
