About the role
The Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative is responsible for providing high-quality operational support and solutions for a variety of mutual fund, private equity, and other institutional investment client accounts. This role will involve working closely with the Investment Operations team and client facing teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions, reporting, and other account maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include daily processing and monitoring of client activity, client onboarding, account maintenance, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
