About the role

This role will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory change initiatives at the organizational level. This will include working closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of regulatory changes impacting Wells Fargo's operations, processes, and systems. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, building and managing project plans, driving effective stakeholder engagement, and overseeing project execution to deliver regulatory change initiatives on time and within budget. The role will also be responsible for providing oversight and guidance to project teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on project progress and outcomes. This is a critical role that requires strong project management skills, regulatory change expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
