About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for Technology business.
In this role, you will:
Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Human Resource Business Partner functional area providing consultation, advice, and hands on support for the execution of human capital strategies and leadership initiatives in support of strategic business decisions
Review and analyze basic business assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
Support implementation and monitoring of strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals
Assess internal and external environment to monitor and drive human resources initiatives and programs
Identify and deliver human capital strategies, programs, solutions, and process improvements that align with Wells Fargo human resources strategies
Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with business leaders to identify human resources related opportunities
Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating and developing partnerships with internal partners such as legal, risk, and communications to positively influence outcomes
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Human Resources Advisory or Human Resources Business Partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in human resource management
2+ years of experience in managing employee count of 1000+, focusing on core HR activities like performance management & HR advisory
Experience into GCC or BFSI industry
Job Expectations:
Relevant experience in HR and relevant experience in working as HR Business Partner. Person should have managed senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong execution capability
Ideally should have strong business partnership experience in a complex/ matrix organization
Ideally should have experience in working in global GCC operating in the region
