Glide – Relaunch USA is a highly competitive talent inclusion program at Wells Fargo for experienced professionals looking to rejoin the workforce after a career break of two or more years. Transition back into the workforce Designed to navigate the challenges job applicants face after stepping away from their careers, Glide – Relaunch USA provides participants the opportunity to re-enter the workforce through a professional returnship to full-time program. During a structured ten-week program experience, Glide participants are equipped with the necessary resources to support and accelerate their exposure at Wells Fargo so they can confidently glide back into their careers. Following successful completion of the program, participants who meet performance expectations may be offered full-time, benefits-eligible roles.
