Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers from:
- Nutrition
- Psychology
- Physiotherapy
- Fitness & Wellness

- Healthcare
- Or any wellness-related domain
Candidates should have:
- good communication skills,
- strong interest in wellness,
- creativity in content and awareness initiatives,
- and willingness to work on-ground and digitally.
This role is highly execution-oriented and ideal for someone who wants real startup exposure in the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare & Wellness Events
- Support execution of wellness events in:
- gyms,
- corporates,
- colleges,
- communities,
- and wellness spaces
- Help manage crowd engagement and awareness activities
- Coordinate with consultants and operations team during events
- Support lead collection and follow-up processes
Client Follow-up & Wellness Support
- Follow up with wellness clients after consultations
- Help clients stay consistent with wellness routines
- Coordinate with nutritionists, fitness experts, and mental wellness consultants
- Track basic progress updates and reports
Content & Awareness
- Create healthcare and wellness awareness content
- Support short-form video/reel creation
- Participate in podcast, awareness campaigns, and social media initiatives
- Help create educational and storytelling-based wellness content
Operations & Coordination
- Assist in day-to-day wellness program coordination
- Help maintain communication with clients and consultants
- Support execution of wellness campaigns and initiatives
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a fresher or early-stage professional
- Has completed or is pursuing a degree in wellness-related domains
- Has done internships, projects, volunteering, or practical work in healthcare/wellness
- Is confident in communication and public interaction
- Is creative and comfortable with content creation
- Has strong execution mindset and willingness to learn
- Can work in fast-paced startup environments

- Basic Canva/design skills
- Reel/video content understanding
