Role Review
The Wellness Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound health inquiries, understanding patient concerns, and converting them into confirmed wellness program bookings. This role focuses on consultative selling, where building trust, providing clarity, and guiding the health seeker is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle fresh leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website and referrals
- Conduct detailed consultation calls to understand health concerns
- Recommend suitable wellness programs (7 Days / Customized)
- Explain treatment process, stay details, pricing, insurance eligibility and EMI options
- Build urgency and convert leads through structured follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (lead stages, notes, follow-ups, insurance status)
- Coordinate with doctors, operations team and insurance desk
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets
- Ensure ethical communication with zero misinformation about treatments or outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of sales experience (Healthcare / Wellness / Insurance / Hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory), Kannada considered as a plus point
- Experience in handling high-value or high-ticket sales
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Ability to build trust with patients and families
- Discipline in CRM usage and follow-up processes
- Target-driven mindset with structured working approach
Preferred Background
- Experience in Ayurveda centers, hospitals, medical tourism or health insurance
- Basic understanding of lifestyle conditions such as Diabetes, PCOS, Thyroid, Obesity, Back Pain
- Experience in selling wellness packages or multi-day programs
