We’re Hiring | Wellness Reservations Specialist

Location: Atmantan Wellness Centre

Atmantan Wellness Centre is seeking a Wellness Reservations Specialist who will be the first touchpoint in our guest journey — someone who can combine consultative sales, luxury hospitality, and wellness understanding to create meaningful pre-arrival experiences.

This role is critical in ensuring that every inquiry is transformed into a well-curated, personalized wellness journey aligned with the guest’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all guest inquiries (calls, emails, website, and digital platforms) in a timely and professional manner
• Drive conversion of inquiries into bookings through consultative selling and personalized recommendations
• Understand guest profiles, health goals, and preferences to suggest the most suitable wellness programs and packages
• Own the end-to-end reservations lifecycle — inquiry, follow-ups, confirmations, and pre-arrival coordination
• Ensure accuracy in bookings, billing details, and compliance with resort policies
• Work closely with operations, wellness experts, and medical teams to ensure seamless guest experience planning
• Maintain detailed records in PMS/CRM systems and ensure data integrity
• Actively contribute to revenue optimization, upselling, and repeat guest conversions
• Deliver a luxury-standard guest experience through empathy, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Reservations / Sales within hotels, resorts, or hospitality industry
• Proven ability to handle guest inquiries and achieve conversion targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
• Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
• Proficiency in reservation systems / PMS / CRM tools

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in luxury hospitality or wellness resorts
• Exposure to consultative or experience-based selling
• Passion for wellness, holistic living, and guest transformation journeys
