Job Description: Manager Wellness and Development

We’re looking for a Wellness and Development Associate who can help us move beyond wellness activity and build true organizational resilience infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Shape Our Wellness Ecosystem
- Design and drive the annual wellness calendar aligned to business priorities
- Lead physical, emotional, and mental well-being initiatives
- Run awareness campaigns, wellness days, webinars, and engagement programs
- Facilitate structured support groups
- Develop and contribute to wellness newsletters and ongoing communication
- Track participation, analyze trends, and share actionable insights and management reports to guide engagement strategy
- Curate and manage external specialists or vendors when a need goes beyond the scope of internal support
Be a Trusted Support System
- Provide confidential one-on-one counselling sessions
- Support employees navigating stress, burnout, interpersonal challenges, and personal concerns impacting work
- Handle sensitive or complex cases with discretion and maturity
Strengthen Leadership Capability
- Coach mid-level and senior managers on emotional intelligence, navigating difficult performance conversations, and building a psychologically safe team environment
- Provide structured intervention in complex behavioural or managerial situations
- Act as a sounding board for leaders who may not always have the toolkit or bandwidth to navigate sensitive people matters
Facilitate Growth Through Behavioural and Development Sessions
- Lead conflict resolution sessions, both one-on-one and at a team level, working in close partnership with HR and Management
- Design and conduct behavioural sessions along with supporting collaterals like presentation decks to reinforce learning and drive lasting change
- Facilitate cultural sessions that strengthen shared values, team cohesion, and a sense of belonging across the organization
- Run grooming and personality development sessions that help employees show up with more confidence, clarity, and professional presence
Build Preventive Culture
- Identify recurring behavioural patterns and cultural friction points
- Recommend proactive interventions before issues escalate
- Conduct in-person workshops tailored for young professionals, mid-level managers, and senior leaders on workplace maturity, resilience, intergenerational dynamics, and team effectiveness
Who You Are
- A licensed psychologist, therapist, counsellor, or certified wellness professional
- 5+ years of experience in corporate wellness and leadership coaching
- Comfortable working with mid and senior leaders
- Emotionally intelligent, credible, and grounded
- Able to balance empathy with structured coaching frameworks
- Confident presenting, facilitating, and advising leadership
Important Note
This role requires consistent on-site presence in Faridabad and Noida (minimum thrice per week) to build trust, visibility, and meaningful employee connection.
