Role Description:
We are looking for a high-agency individual for the role of Wellness Manager – Employee Benefits. The role involves managing and executing employee wellness initiatives for corporate clients, including health check-up camps, webinars, and other wellness programs. The candidate will work closely with hospitals, diagnostic partners, and corporate HR teams to ensure smooth execution of wellness activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage health check-up camps for corporate clients.
- Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare partners for wellness services.
- Negotiate health check-up packages and pricing with hospitals and diagnostic partners.
- Manage end-to-end execution of wellness programs and wellness initiatives.
- Organise webinars and other employee wellness initiatives in coordination with healthcare experts and corporate HR teams.
- Coordinate with corporate HR teams and internal stakeholders for planning and scheduling wellness activities.
- Establish tie-ups with hospitals and clinics for exclusive OPD consultation discounts for employees.
- Assist employees in appointment booking and coordination with healthcare providers.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and wellness partners.
Role Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in wellness programs, healthcare operations, insurance broking, or employee benefits.
- High-agency mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in organising wellness programs, health camps, or corporate wellness activities will be an added advantage.
