Train Rex is a behavioral wellness platform helping Indians build lasting health habits through structured challenges and personalised coaching. We run cohort-based programmes for lifestyle conditions like weight management, pre-diabetes, stress, and sleep, and have built one of the highest member retention rates in the Indian wellness space. We're a small, founder-led team and we move fast.
You'll be the first voice many of our members hear. When someone fills in a health assessment or reaches out on WhatsApp, you're the person who makes them feel understood, and helps them take the right first step. This is not a therapy or counselling role. You'll be guiding health decisions and helping people take action - comfort with conversion targets is essential.
What you'll do
- Conduct 10-15 minute discovery calls with inbound leads, ask the right questions, listen carefully, map their problem to the right Train Rex programme
- Guide prospects through the platform and close them into the right subscription plan
- Run WhatsApp-based follow-up sequences for leads who don't convert on the first call
- Track your pipeline in a simple CRM and flag patterns to the founding team
- Handoff enrolled members to our clinical and coaching team with a brief intake summary
- Occasionally contribute to community touchpoints, a voice note, a check-in message, to support early member engagement
What we're looking for
- Background in psychology, nutrition, or life sciences, enough to hold a credible health conversation
- Experience in tele-consultation or health advisory, health advisory, or wellness coaching (HealthifyMe, GOQii, Practo, MFine, Cult.fit alumni strongly preferred)
- Warm, unhurried communication style on calls, you make people feel heard, not processed
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-heavy workflows and basic CRM tools
- Fluent in Hindi and English, most of our members are from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Indian cities
- Target-driven without being pushy, you understand that a wrong fit is worse than no sale
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 / month
