Role Overview
We are looking for a Wellness Consultant who can handle
at least 4 of the 9 wellness areas and contribute to building structured programs, transformation models, and scalable wellness frameworks.
This is not a generic consultation role — it requires innovation, systems thinking, and comfort with technology-driven models.
Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Program Design & Structuring
- Build structured wellness plans across selected focus areas
- Design transformation journeys for individuals and corporate clients
2️⃣ Client Assessment & Strategy
- Conduct structured assessments
- Create personalized intervention plans
- Track measurable outcomes
3️⃣ Innovation & Tech Collaboration
- Work with product and tech teams to digitize wellness frameworks
- Help design scalable, data-backed wellness models
4️⃣ Research & Thought Leadership
- Build evidence-based approaches
- Contribute to wellness content, case studies, and positioning
Ideal Candidate
- Background in wellness, psychology, physiotherapy, nutrition, corporate wellness, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to handle minimum 4 wellness areas confidently
- Comfortable working in early-stage startup environment
- Open to equity-based long-term commitment
