About the Role
We are looking for 2 Wellness Advisers to join our remote team immediately.
You will handle inbound leads from our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns and direct customer calls — understand what each customer is looking for — and guide them confidently to the right Ayurvedic product for their health goal.
This is consultative selling. Not hard selling. You listen, you learn the customer's concern, and you recommend honestly. Everything is logged and managed through our CRM system.

What You Will Do
→ Handle Meta ad leads — respond promptly via call, WhatsApp or the CRM
→ Attend direct inbound customer calls across India
→ Understand each customer's health concern and recommend the right product
→ Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed purchases
→ Log all interactions in the Vaidham CRM and manage follow-ups
→ Maintain weekly conversion targets and performance records
→ Represent Vaidham with professionalism and warmth in every interaction

Who We Are Looking For
✓ Clear, confident Hindi communicator (English is a bonus)

✓ Self-motivated and disciplined — remote work requires structure
✓ Comfortable with CRM tools — full training provided
✓ Empathetic and patient — our customers are discussing their health
✓ Target-oriented with a positive attitude towards feedback
✓ Reliable — consistent login hours and responsive follow-ups

Eligibility
Education: Graduation in any stream
Preferred batch: 2025 and 2026 passout
Preferred streams: BBA · BCA · B.Tech · BSc · or equivalent graduation
Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers encouraged to apply)
Language: Hindi fluency required

→ Quiet dedicated workspace at home for calls
