About the Role
Working as a therapist is deeply meaningful—and we also know it comes with real challenges. At Wellity Health, we’re committed to being upfront about both. We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment where consistency and structure matter.
This is a Full-Time, Hybrid position with 2-3 days in our Burlingame, CA office and the other days working from home. We offer a few options for scheduling including a 36-hour and a 40-Hour Clinical schedule.
While this is a fully remote position, it is not self-scheduled. Our team works standard 8-hour days, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and full-time clinicians carry a caseload of up to 31 - 35 weekly sessions once fully onboarded. This is a full-time clinical role with a consistent, structured schedule and full-time responsibilities.
In return, we offer paid administrative time, a collaborative clinical team, and systems designed to help you focus on care. If you’re looking for a role that will challenge you clinically, help you build strong therapeutic muscles, and support your journey as a therapist,, you’ll find that here.
While this is a remote role, it does require working in the state of California.
