Co-Facilitator — Experiential Wellness & Spiritual Events Antahā · India, Open for global tour Full-time Project-based · Travel Required
About Antahā
Antahā is a global movement rooted in inner stillness, silence, and authentic human connection. Founded by Sitender Sehrawat — a teacher with years of monastic living in the Himalayas — Antahā brings immersive experiential events to cities across the world, guiding people into a direct encounter with their own inner depth through sound, silence, movement, and conscious presence.
We are currently on a 100-city global tour, having launched in Los Angeles, Auckland, New Zealand, and expanding through Greece, and Europe. Our events range from intimate private gatherings for high-profile individuals to larger community experiences — all rooted in the same philosophy: that genuine inner stillness is the most needed thing in the world right now.
This is not a corporate wellness programme. This is a living, breathing movement — and we are looking for someone who feels that distinction in their senses.
The Role
We are looking for a co-ordination/ co-facilitator to contribute to the experience through preparation, and delivery of experiential events in NZ, and across Europe. This is a deeply human role — you will be the grounding presence in the room alongside Sitender, helping participants feel safe, held, and guided through experiences that can be genuinely transformative.
You are not an assistant. You are not only a coordinator. You are a co-carrier of the work — someone whose own presence, warmth, and inner groundedness contributes to the energy of every room you walk into.
This role requires someone who understands experiential work from the inside — not just technically, but personally. You will have done your own inner work. You will know what it means to hold space for another human being in a moment of vulnerability or awakening. And you will bring that knowing into every event, every session, every conversation with a participant.
What You Will Do
Event Facilitation:
- Co-facilitate immersive group experiences including meditation, sound journeys, conscious movement, breathwork, and integration circles
- Hold space for participants throughout the arc of each event — from arrival through to closing
- Guide participants through individual elements of the experience under Sitender's direction
- Be fully present and responsive to the energy of the room at all times
- Support integration conversations with participants after sessions
- Be the bridge between Sitender’s work for individual in a more intimate setup to help people open up better and carry the essence in a highly emotionally, spiritually conducive environment.
Event Preparation:
- Collaborate with Sitender in the design and flow of each event
- Help prepare the physical space — setting the environment, atmosphere, sound, and sensory elements intentionally
- Brief team, venue staff, and any other collaborators before each event
- Manage participant experience from arrival — welcoming, settling, and orienting guests
Community & Participant Relations:
- Build genuine relationships with participants before, during, and after events
- Be the first point of human contact for participants who have questions or need support
- Identify participants who may benefit from private consulting or deeper engagement with Sitender
- Represent Antahā's values in every interaction — warmth, depth, authenticity, and care
Content & Documentation:
- Support content capture at events — ensuring key moments are documented for social media and visa evidence
- Assist in creating behind-the-scenes content that reflects the authentic energy of the work
- Provide written reflections or testimonials from events for promotional use
Travel & Logistics:
- Travel across Europe for events as required — primarily Italy, Spain, Greece, and potentially other European cities
- Coordinate with the wider Antahā team on different aspects viz., ticketing, and participant communications

- Deeply warm, grounded, and naturally at ease with people from all backgrounds
- Comfortable in premium, high-end event environments — you carry yourself with elegance and ease
- Emotionally intelligent — you read rooms, feel energy, and respond with presence rather than reaction
- Professionally reliable — you follow through, communicate clearly, and take ownership
- Fluent in English
- Genuinely aligned with the philosophy of inner stillness and authentic human connection — this is not a job for someone looking to build a wellness brand. It is for someone who is already living this work.

- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or premium audiences

- A genuine intentness to grow — personally, spiritually, and professionally — through this work
- Humility- This role is in service of something larger than any individual. You understand that The ability to hold what is sacred with care — discretion, depth, and integrity in all things

- Travel and accommodation covered for all engagements
- The opportunity to grow with a global movement across 100 cities — your role will evolve as the movement evolves
