Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welfare Officer at our Kochi location. The Welfare Officer will be responsible for ensuring employee well-being, implementing welfare policies, and coordinating activities that support worker satisfaction and engagement. Duties will include conducting interviews and surveys to understand employee needs, organizing training programs and collaborating on improvement initiatives. The Welfare Officer will also provide support and guidance on social services to foster a positive workplace culture and employee morale.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree of diploma in social work or human resources management or labour welfare from any institution recognized by the Central/ State Government.
- Should be proficient in Malayalam language
- Experience and knowledge in Welfare and Social Services, with a focus on employee well-being and engagement.
- Proficiency in Training and coordination to enhance employee development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
