Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arc Welder to join our fabrication team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in arc welding techniques and be capable of delivering high-quality welding work in aluminium and related structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform arc welding (SMAW) on aluminium and other metal components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
- Ensure strong, clean, and defect-free welds as per specifications
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in arc welding
- Experience in aluminium fabrication preferred
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
- ITI or relevant technical certification preferred
