We Are Hiring: Welder

We are hiring an experienced Welder who can support fabrication work, structural assembly, and plant maintenance activities with precision and quality.
Position Details
✅ Role: Welder
✅ Qualification: ITI Welder/Fabrication
✅ Experience: 3–7 Years
✅ Location: Ghaziabad
✅ ARC / MIG / TIG Welding Knowledge Preferred
What You Will Do
In this role, your work will directly support plant structure, machine installation, and maintenance activities:
- Perform welding and fabrication as per engineering drawings
- Work on ARC, MIG, and TIG welding (as required)
- Fabricate frames, supports, guards, platforms, and machine components
- Read and understand technical drawings and layouts
- Carry out cutting, grinding, shaping, and fitting of metal parts
- Support machine erection, installation, and modification work
- Ensure strong welding joints with proper finishing and alignment
- Repair and restore damaged or worn-out machine structures
- Follow all safety standards and welding procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for fabrication needs
What We Are Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in welding and fabrication work
- Knowledge of industrial tools and welding equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and measurements
- Experience in manufacturing or plant environment preferred
- Understanding of welding quality and finishing standards
- Physically fit for industrial work environment
- Strong safety discipline and teamwork mindset
Preferred Skills
- ARC / MIG / TIG welding expertise
- Structural fabrication and machine base work
- Industrial repair and maintenance fabrication experience
