About the role
We're hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead the technical engagement and success of our federal and public sector clients. Partnering closely with our Head of Federal, this role will be highly visible and critical to the growth of Weights & Biases' burgeoning public sector practice. In this role, you will lead pre- and post-sales motions, working closely with federal machine learning (ML) teams to tackle critical, real-world challenges across computer vision, NLP, robotics, and help government clients understand how Weights & Biases can help with evolving AI assurance requirements. You'll play a central role in helping prospective clients evaluate and implement Weights & Biases, guiding them from initial demo to full deployment and customer success. Additionally, you'll serve as a government vertical's technical GTM representative for government needs internally across Product and Engineering teams, including but not limited to coordinating the support of post-sale technical
